Welcome to America’s MDE, a Medicare Direct Entity founded by physicians with a focus on personalized health care. America’s MDE was established to allow physicians and allied health professionals to work together on clinical initiatives that demonstrate quality and cost efficiency in the delivery of healthcare. 

America’s MDE has been named by The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) as one of only 53 entities in the United States eligible to participate in the Direct Contracting model, which aims to reduce expenditures and improve quality of care for seniors in traditional Medicare.

Your Unique Opportunity to Become a Member of an MDE

While the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation is no longer accepting new applicants for Jan. 1, 2024, as a provider, you still have an opportunity to participate in this exciting new Direct Contracting model. By extending our Direct Contracting Entity (DCE) to new providers, America’s MDE removes the administrative and financial burden from our partner providers. With no upfront investment or monthly fees, or downside risk for providers, the DCE becomes accessible for many more providers.

A Growing Network of Physicians and Hospitals

America’s MDE has enrolled more than 10,000 fee-for-service Medicare beneficiaries and has contracted with primary care physicians as well as specialists. The network now includes five hospitals and more than 1,000 physicians in Florida, including the Cleveland Clinic.
